Below are the minutes of the SGM held on 13 October 2022.
The proposal to empower the Club Committee to close/dissolve the Club to allow HQ RAFA to dispose of the premises and thereby relieve the Club & Branch of the ongoing and escalating burden of maintaining the building has been passed by the members this evening. The voting as follows: 12 FOR, 1 AGAINST, 1 ABSTAIN.
It should be noted that NOTHING changes, unless the Club action the proposal above.
